The theme of the AMDA Fashion Show this year is “Framed” so I created my own inspiration based off of the onomatopoeia BAM! “BAM” represents a strong and brilliant person daring to be different. On the runway you will see influences from strong women in comic strips who represents that superhero in all os us. My collection name was strongly influenced by a very close friend of which I called my little Brother (Jesse “Bama” Carswell) who was shot and killed in December of 2011. This is my ode to him.
